There will be a come and try skills course, 1 hour beginner and 2 hour intermediate mountain bike sessions as well as an advanced trip lasting 3 –4 hours. You can bring your own bike or the instructors can provide one on the day. For those wanting a less energetic day members of at least one local bike club will be on hand with information about the club, their trips and outings; Martin Russell of Express Cycles & Repairs will have a wide variety of bikes on display.  There will be demonstration bikes both mountain and downhill bikes from Haro Bikes.  Martin will have a range of new and second hand bikes for sale many of which can be hired or purchased; bike security checks and postcode stamping will be provided by the Community Police through out the day. Cycling on water will also be possible – thanks to the aqua trikes and pedal boats available for hire from Andy of North Boat Hire on the loch.  Andy also has rowboats and kayaks for hire.  Castle Semple Visitor Centre on the shores of the loch will be open all day from 10 until 5pm providing light refreshments, ice-creams and information on walks, cycles and wildlife.
