Mountain Bike Maintenance Course This course will give you all the information you need to keep your bike in tip top condition. The course is suitable for those who simply ride the bike but have no prior maintenance knowledge, the following points are covered; -

Gear set up, indexing and cable replacement -

Tyres & inner tubes - Chain splitting and repairing -

Sprocket and crank removal

V Brake and disc brake set up plus pad/cable replacement -

Emergency trailside repairs (never be stuck again)

No prior knowledge of bike maintenance is assumed and the day is completely hands on so please bring your own bike with you if you want. The course is staffed with bike mechanics at a maximum ratio of 1:6.

The course includes all instruction,use of workstands , bicycle tools , lunch and morning / afternoon refreshments if desired. Please contact for list of course places still available.
