Buying a bicycle We  recommend a testride before you buy your bike from us. Its only when you ride the bike that you can make decisions about the size and the setup. Youll have to leave us with a deposit or security, then you can take any models youre interested in out for a spin (dry weather only). Make sure you have enough time to ride a selection of bikes. We can also try different saddles, stem lengths etc. to ensure the bike fits you really well.

New cycles are fully assembled and receive 2 free services All our new bikes come with two free services. This includes all labour charges, whether its routine maintenance, repairs, or fitting accessories youve bought from us. It doesnt include any parts or accessories, these have to be paid for separately. You must book your bike in through the normal workshop system .

The free sevicing applies as soon as you have bought the bike, so includes setting it up so that it fits you properly, and making any specification changes you require before it is purchased. We recommend with regular use the bike will need its initial check after 20 / 30 hours of use and the second free check will be no longer than 6 months from date of purchase.

For customers who purchase bicycles from us there are also a range of free courtesy cycles available to keep you on the move if the cycle has to be kept in the workshop (no excuses for a day off ) .

Payment We accept most credit and debit cards (except American Express and Diners card), cheques with a chequecard, and of course cash. We are also members of cyclescheme and can arrange quotations and payments through this method – ring for details on how this works.
